Abstract

This paper looks at the energy required to evaporate a pint of milk straight from the fridge. Thevalues were found to be 2.255x10^8 J for skimmed milk and 2.224x10^8 J for whole milk which is approximately equal to the average person crying for 28.8 days for skimmed and 28.3 days for whole milk.
